My name is Dr. Andreas Schmitz. Since 2007, I have been supporting companies at executive level for short, medium or longer-term engagements, taking on the role of CEO, COO or CSO. In the case of longer mandates with corporate bodies, permanent employment is of course also an option.
My activities focus on plant management, tasks in the areas of sales, business development, business models, digitalization and Industry 4.0, as well as supply chain management, lean management and change and turnaround management.
I focus on companies with medium-sized structures from the plant engineering, automotive, electrical and mechanical engineering, metalworking and process industries. The companies are internationally positioned. I have particular expertise and experience in the countries and regions of Germany, Eastern Europe, Russia, the USA and China.
